This consultation will provide you with plant lists tailored to your preferences and growing zones. General notes on planting zones and prioritizing projects. Estimated cost of plants based on suppliers local to you. Information on the care of your garden through the seasons, local plant sources, common weeds and insects, tool recommendations, and more.

Optional DIY installation instructions for those who want to do the work themselves.

Native plant garden design

Native plant garden design to create a healthy pollinator garden. Whether you’re converting an existing garden or starting from scratch, this design will provide you a season full of color.

Design and install for a maximum of 300 square feet. I do not offer hardscaping, but can refer a contractor who does.

Rates vary, will be included in your consult packet.

Garden care

Garden care sessions will provide intense weeding, mulching (smaller quantities of mulch can be delivered with session), dividing and transplanting, basic planting if client has plants on hand, pruning for plant health and aesthetics, trouble shooting and answering basic questions you may have, and more. 3 waste bags are provided each session if needed and can be taken at end of session.

Sessions are a maximum of 3 hours.

Add on services include: plant shopping & drop off and small shrub & vine removal.

Rates are needs based, take my new client survey to receive a quote.

$150 session minimum, cost may increase based on needs.

Garden sitting

If you’re heading out of town for a few days and need someone to check in on your garden, sign up for some garden sitting. Includes basic weeding, watering, and troubleshooting while you’re away. These are brief pop over visits lasting around an hour.

Garden coaching

Whether you need additional resources to improve your gardening skills or in person training, garden coaching can provide information on tools, techniques, weed identification, insect identification, and more.

Available virtually or in person. I can also refine your garden plans that you’ve started.

Small scale shrub and vine removal

Chainsaw removal of small unwanted shrubs, English ivy, poison ivy and more.

Native plant garden presentations

I am a team of one & I do not offer any hardscaping. I also do not plant large trees and shrubs, nor do I design and plant with nonnative species.

Cancellation Policy

If you elected to pay cash at the time of service, a $50 non refundable deposit is required to schedule. This payment can be done online. To reschedule, full payment will be due at time of scheduling. This can be paid online, as cash will no longer be an option.

If you prepaid for a service online and cancel within 48 hours, the payment will not be refunded and will not be applied to a rescheduled session unless specified otherwise by myself.

To reschedule regardless of cancellation time frame, full payment will be due at time of scheduling.

If a client cancels twice, no further rescheduling will be offered.

I reserve the right to deny services to anyone.

As a team of one, I may decline a project if I do not feel I can accomplish it with my best work. This may include large gardens of 350 sq ft or more, awkward growing conditions, or if I feel I cannot meet your goals and expectations.

I also reserve the right to leave immediately if I feel unsafe on the property, based on animals, people or hazardous conditions.

If I feel like our schedules do not align or that we are not a good fit for one another, I may also decline to schedule services.

I love what I do and I want to always step into a project offering my best. I will only decline projects or clients if I truly feel it necessary. I aim to make my services as accessible as possible but at the end of the day I have to run a sustainable business in a safe working environment.
